Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax per person per day. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is  payable on departure.

Reservations and bookings are only valid for us if a deposit of at least 1/3 on order by sending a bank transfer to.

Orderet days are completely charged even in case of later arrival or early departure.
 

Important: Credit cards are not accepted, only bank transfers or cash payment.

On arrival, the booked apartments are available from 2 p.m. - on the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartments until 9.30 a.m. - we need this time in order to clean the rooms for the next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

Allowed prior agreement: additional charge per day 8 Euro

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers'Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following cacellation policy.:

• For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival the deposit will not be refunded.

• For cancellations from 0 to 30 days before arrival 100% will be charged.

• COVID-19: If the government prohibits entry for tourist reasons, the deposit will be refunded.
